The ideal frequency for massages depends on your needs and goals. Generally, for maintenance and wellness, once a month is good. For athletes or highly active individuals, weekly or biweekly sessions are beneficial. For chronic pain or high stress, weekly or biweekly massages can help. Regular massages support overall well-being and address specific issues effectively.
What should I expect at my first massage?
For many clients, the first massage can be anxiety-inducing and exciting at the same time. Generally, the session will begin with a brief consultation highlighting areas of concern and a goal. During the massage, I will check in with you regarding pressure, comfort, and temperature. After the massage, I will allow feedback and discuss anything I noticed.

Do I have to remove clothing for my session?
