Cupping Therapy

Fire cupping therapy involves creating a vacuum inside glass to create suction on the skin's surface. The process typically begins with a cotton ball or swab soaked in alcohol being set on fire and briefly inserted into the cup, which is then quickly placed on the skin. As the air inside the cup cools and contracts, it creates a vacuum, pulling the skin upward into the cup. Moving cupping utilizes the gliding or sliding motion of cups to create a massage-like effect.

Graston and/or IASTM

A technique used to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and promote recovery from sports injuries and other musculoskeletal disorders. Instruments are typically made of stainless steel and contoured for the body’s curves, allowing the massage therapist to penetrate the affected tissue deeply.

Hot Stones

Hot stones are applied to the body using smooth, heated basalt stones as an extension of the hands or by placing them on the body. The stones help relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout the body.

Aromatherapy

Specially selected essential oils are applied sequentially on the feet, hands, and spine. In conjunction, targeted massage, and distinctive energy approaches are combined. The application of the oils is geared to create an atmosphere of serenity and harmonization of the body and mind.
